ASAE worries about sequester's impact on meetings ASAE is urging Congress not to restrict government employees from attending association conferences as a result of planned federal budget cuts under sequestration. In a letter sent to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform late last month, ASAE CEO John Graham said that while some people may think video conferencing technology such as Skype could replace the need for face-to-face meetings, studies have shown the latter are much more effective.
